Scroll through the careers page
Locate “shortlisted candidates for interview”
Download the PDF and search for your name etc.

Alternatively, you can login to your KRA dashboard at www.erecruitment.kra.go.ke/login, click on application status and immediately a dialogue box will pop-up indicating if you’ve been shortlisted or not.

How to Check KRA Graduate Trainee Shortlisted Candidates 2026

Go to careers portal www.erecruitment.kra.go.ke/login
Enter your email address and password
On your dashboard, select graduate trainee
Select application status

Immediately, the portal will indicate if you’ve been shortlisted or not. Congratulations to all shortlisted candidates.

What to do after checking

After confirming your name on the shortlist, the next step would be to prepare for interview by getting ready copies of relevant academic, professional and other relevant certificates such as:

National Identity Card or passport
Clearance certificates from KRA, HELB, DCI, CRB etc.
