The Kenya Reinsurance Corporation Limited (Kenya Re) has been the longest Reinsurer organization in the whole of Eastern and Central Africa. The corporation officially began operations in 1971.

Eligibility Requirements for Kenya Re Recruitment 2026

Applicant must be within 18 and 35 years of age at the time applying.
Should posses a valid National Identity Card.
Must possess the Kenya Secondary Education Certificate (KCSE) with at least a D+ mean grade including English and Kiswahili language.
Should possess clearance certificate from relevant authorities as specified in chapter six (6) of the Kenya constitution.

Academic Qualification

In addition to the eligibility requirements, here are the role specification qualification.

1. Senior Human Resource Officer

Candidates aiming for this position must possess a Bachelor’s degree in either Human Resource Management or Public Administration from an accredited higher institution.
Applicant must be a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP K).
Must have an active practicing certificate.
Should be a registered and recognized member of the Institute of Human Resource management (IHRM) or equivalent professional body.
Applicant must have completed a management training course for at least two (2) weeks.
Relevant work experience of at least nine (9) years is required.
Good communication, interpersonal and counselling skills etc.

2. Assistant Manager, Supply Chain

Intending applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Logistics from a recognized institution.
Those with Master’s degree in relevant academic discipline have an added advantage.
Candidate must have professional qualification such as Certified Procurement and Supply Chain Professional of Kenya (CPSP – K).
Candidate must also be in good standing with Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM).
