Eligibility Criteria for EPZA Recruitment 2026/2027

Nationality/Residence: Prospective applicant of this recruitment exercise must be a Kenyan citizen who possess a valid National Identity Card or passport and also resides in the country.
Age: The acceptable age range for vacancies announced is 18 to 35 years.
Education: Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with at least D+ mean grade including English and Kiswahili languages in addition to Diploma or Degree is required.

1. Chief Executive Officer

Prospective applicant for this role must possess a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business or a closely related discipline.
Must have graduated from an accredited Kenyan tertiary institution. Qualifications acquired abroad shall be validated by the Commission of University Education (CUE) before acceptance.
This role best fits individuals who have gained a minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant professional experience including occupying top management position.
Candidate must be a member of a professional body in his or her discipline.
Should possess outstanding communication, interpersonal, report writing and negotiation skills.

2. Driver

Interested applying for this post? KCSE with mean grade ‘D” is required.
Applicant must possess a valid class BCE driving license free of sanction.
Candidate must have aced the Occupational Trade Test Grade II.
Should possess a minimum of at least three (3) years relevant work experience.
Should possess good interpersonal and team playing skills.

3. Office Administrative Assistant

Candidates interested in this position must possess a Diploma in Secretarial Studies from KNEC or a comparable institution.
Alternatively, Business Education Single and Group Certificates (BES & GC) stage 1 , II and III is acceptable.
Candidate must hold a Diploma in Secretarial Studies of equivalent qualification.
Should be conversant with relevant computer applications.
Overall, should possess at least three (3) years of relevant work experience.

4. Human Resource Assistant

Persons aiming for this post must hold a Diploma in either Human Resource Development or Management.
Should possess professional certifications in Human Resource Management.
Must have at least six (6) years of relevant work experience.
